2nd Annual Pink Show Recap
It has been well over a decade since we partnered with City of Hope to sponsor a Fundraiser for the organization. I decided to do this years ago in the loving memory of my Cousin/Sister, Nina Sabrina Dunbar. I did not realized at the time the impact City Of Hope has with Cancer, Diabetes etc. My commitment to serving, and their commitment to supporting, was a great marriage. I must say this year was one of the best COH Events we have had. The partnership with First Avenue Hair Salon allowed our Annual Event to be taken to the next level. Giving back to the Community made it easy for our partnership on this project. We reached out to our local Businesses for donations of food...
(ChefDJ, The Grayton Catering Company, La Madeleine, Peri Peri Chicken, Pot Belly, and Frozen Yo)
...and Boutique-Style Personnel Chefs donated their time and showcased their talents. We are so grateful to everyone who came out and played a part in the journey. The Cosmetology students from Edison Technology Center were amazing with assisting in preparation of the models, etc. Our in-house graphic genesis Julian Giles put the final touches to the puzzle. Once again, we all learn there is no "I" in Team. Team Work Makes The Dream Work. Dream Big, partner with a great team and the sky will be the limit!
